An Important Message

Dearest TuneUp Users,

As some of you may know, we experienced server issues this weekend, which caused a few of you to experience connection errors when trying to use TuneUp. Although the issue has since been resolved, I’d like to extend a personal apology to anyone who was affected by this outage.

Our user base has been growing at a rapid pace and as such, we know that it is paramount to have assured stability amidst this expansion. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to prevent issues (like the one this weekend) from happening in the future.

Again, thank you for your continued support and diligent feedback. We all really appreciate your patience and look forward to unveiling new features and enhancements in the near future.
