It has been brought to our attention that some PC users are experiencing TuneUp’s “grey screen” issues due to running Anti-Virus software, mainly Trend Micro.
The way to prevent this from happening is to add the following URL:
http://client.mediatuneup.com/*
to your safe list and TuneUp should work just fine! Check out this site for info on how to do this properly.
