Our Story

First Things First…

As some of you know, TuneUp Media Inc. ceased operations last month. Since then, the original founding team along with a dedicated group of former employees have put forth a huge effort to make sure that the TuneUp software survives.

GMGP LLC, a company newly created by this group, acquired the TuneUp assets from a secured creditor, and has been working around the clock to make sure that TuneUp's loyal users are and continue to be supported. While the URL is still the same (tuneupmedia.com), GMGP LLC is in no way affiliated with TuneUp Media, Inc.

Now What?

We've listened and we're here for you. We know that many of you have had serious issues with TuneUp 3.0, and have asked to return to the old version, TuneUp 2.4.8. We hear you loud and clear, and we're doing just that.

Moving forward, we will support TuneUp 3.0 customers as best as we can, but will encourage you to consider switching back to TuneUp 2.48, as we feel (like many of you do) that this version is much more stable, reliable, intuitive and accurate. Find out how to get TuneUp version 2.48.

In Conclusion

We know that trust is earned. Rest assured, the team on board is the original heart and soul of TuneUp, the same team that made it the #1 digital music management app in the world. We look forward to answering any questions that you might have. As such, please feel free to contact us at support@tuneupmedia.com.

Thank you for your patience, words of encouragement and general support in all of this.

We truly look forward to keeping your music collections clean, cover art shiny, and duplicates out of sight.
