Symptom:
Vista users cannot progress past Registration on new installations. Cause: Under Windows Vista, when you launch iTunes from the TuneUp installer (the last step), iTunes is launched as administrator and then TuneUp is launched with less privileges. It then doesn't communicate properly with iTunes after you register. Workaround: If you close TuneUp and relaunch it from the Start menu, it then runs with equal privileges as iTunes and should work fine thereafter.
