[CRITICAL]: Saving files on external drives can crash TuneUp if files are read-only

Symptom:

When clicking "Save" on results in Clean tab TuneUp crashes

Cause:
If files are on an external drive and they are read-only (this typically happens if the songs were copied from a CD-R or DVD-R) then TuneUp can't write the metadata and crashes

Workaround:

Make the files read/write

1. Open Windows Explorer
2. navigate to the files' folder
3. highlight the files and right-click and select Properties
4. At the bottom under Attributes, uncheck the "Read-only" checkbox

Anticipated Fix:
